Appellate Procedure

Defendant appealed the decision of the Appeals Panel sustaining the violation of R.I.G.L. 1956 § 31-14-2 (prima facie limits). Defendant failed to appear before the Appeals Panel and failed to submit to this Court any transcript from trial, memorandum, or brief in support of his argument. After reviewing the tapes from trial, the Court found no reason for reversal and, accordingly, affirmed the decision of the trial court sustaining the charge against the defendant.Emilio Taylor v.
